Privacy Policy
What we collect and why, how long each category is kept, who it is shared with, cross-border handling, and your rights — access, export, deletion and withdrawing consent.
-
Terms of Service
Adult eligibility, device-tied accounts and recovery, permitted and prohibited use, coins and gifts, spend caps, enforcement and appeals.

Community Guidelines
What is never allowed anywhere on Wesala, interaction standards, content levels, the moderation and escalation ladder, and how reporting protects the reporter.
Where the other rules live
Two things you might expect as separate documents are not, because the app does not treat them as separate consents:
- Virtual items. Coins and gifts are covered in section 3 of the Terms — what a coin is, that it cannot be withdrawn, how refunds work, and the spend caps.
- Creator rules. Host and broadcaster rules are shown and confirmed inside the creator-access flow, as step 3 of four. They build on the Community Guidelines rather than replacing them.
Reading these inside the app
All three sit under Profile → Settings → Legal & privacy, with a version header, a chapter index, and the date you accepted each one. If you want to check what you agreed to and when, that screen is authoritative — this site is a copy of it.
